Crimson Temptations will not be responsible for any damage during the mailing process.

Join only if you're comfortable.

All merchandises are inspected thoroughly for faults before they are packed securely and mailed out.

Crimson Temptations will not be liable for any mistakes made by the supplier. Eg, she send the wrong colour, wrong size

Crimson Temptations will not be liable for any lost packages sent via normal postage. For greater security of your items , registered postage is strongly recommended.

Crimson Temptations will not be responsible for the duration the goods arrive

No payment = no order. No reservation of slot.

Spree will be cancelled if the response is poor.

Crimson Temptations reserves the right to make any amendments to the site's information without prior notice.

Ordering forms once sent in are not allowed to be canceled and are assumed to have fully understood the T&C.

Crimson Temptations operates on a first-pay-first-serve basis. Customers are strongly advised to make payment as soon as they receive the confirmation email from us to secure their item. A full refund will be made accordingly if you have transferred for an item that someone else has already paid for.

Dead buyers will be blacklisted and be barred from future purchases.

GENERAL

::How do I contact you?

::What does the status of the spree means?

OPEN- you may make your orders

ORDERED- we had already sent your orders to the supplier

CLOSED- the spree is cancelled due to poor response

MAILED- we have sent out ALL the spree items. you will receive your items in a few days . Else, please email us.

How do I order?

Firstly, fill in the SPREE ORDERING FORM located at the forms navigation tab.

Wait for us to send you a confirmation email to collate your orders.

Transfer your payment to us within 12 hours after receiving the confirmation email.

Once your payment is done,we will send you an email to verify that we have received your payment.

When the spree has been ordered, we will send a mass email stating that your spree has been ordered.

::Can i check on my order status?

Yes, you may.Please feel free to email us your name and email or fill in our feedback form- we will reply you within 24 hours.

::How do I pay for my items?

The various mode of payment accepted at Crimson Temptations are:

-DBS/POSB Internet Banking

-DBS/POSB ATM Transfer

It is recommended that your payment is done within 12 hours to secure the deal!

Unless otherwise approved, we do not accept interbank transfers.

For ATM transfers please retain your receipt.

We strictly do not accept concealed cash.

::What if my item is defected?

We are not responsible for the defects and mistakes made by the supplier. Crimson Temptations handles all goods with care. You may like to contact the supplier directly if you want any refunds from them.

::When do i get my refunds

When we close a spree due to poor response, we will refund you the full amount.

When the item you wanted is out of stock at the point we are ordering our spree. We will send you an email stating that your item is out of stock.

::What are the mailing options?

At Crimson Temptations you can choose to opt for:

Normal Postage: S$ 0.50 (if item is heavier, charges apply accordingly)

Registered Postage: S$2.50

-By paying an extra of S$ 2.50, you will be given your tracking number to track your article status.

::Are the products brand new?

Crimson Temptations only sells first hand goods, so they are definitely brand new.

::What happens if the item I want is pending?

If you are keen on the item, which is currently pending, you can leave your e-mail address using the feedback form and we will contact you should any transaction fails.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

::How do I purchase items?

Simply fill in the order form by clicking on the ordering form navigation tab.

::How do I know whether my order has been confirmed and when I should proceed with my payment?

After submitting your order using our order form, you will then receive a confirmation email from us with the relevant payment details and instructions. Only proceed with your payment only upon receiving this confirmation email!

::Within how long must I transfer my payment?

Please transfer your payment to us within 48 hours after the confirmation email is being sent to you. Otherwise, your order would be considered as void.

::I intend to purchase 2 different items. How do I go about ordering?

You will have to fill in 2 separate order forms for each of the different items that you wish to purchase.If your two purchases are being ordered on the same day, we will package your orders together and send it to your mailing address.

::How do I pay for my items?
